At Pediatric Physical Therapy of Mobile, our staff treat children with a wide variety of conditions such as cerebral palsy and spina bifida and children who have experienced accidents, illnesses, or injuries that inhibit their motor activities. We also treat adult patients with pediatric conditions such as cerebral palsy.
Some children may benefit from an intensive therapy program. Intensive pediatric therapy is scheduled for three hours per day, five days a week for three weeks. This intensive level of therapeutic treatment allows enough motor practice for new motor patterns to become more automatic. Learn more about our intensive therapy program using the Therasuit method.
